Refund policy

We don't offer refunds or exchanges unless there's an error on our part. If that is the case, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order at admin@totalblanks.com for instructions on how we can resolve the issue.

If a refund/exchange is needed due to our error, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
